GORILLA DAD Training
Society has embraced the Dad Bod as acceptable. It has normalized less than average as understandable.
BUT… I am here to tell you that being lazy, fat, and not having the energy to play with your kids is not acceptable. You should lead by example. Build healthy habits for your family. You know you can demand more from yourself. By doing so you will feel so much better about how your body looks and feels. It will have that extra BENEFIT of turning your girlfriend/wife on to see you working hard at being better. Trust me, you will get more ass without the belly. Make the change and push yourself to become better.
Find time or better yet make time to do this workout and you will discover that Gorilla strength and Stamina lurking inside you DAD!

This workout will make a gorilla dad out of you!
Moves for results:
Burpees, burpees, burpees… These will build strength and you will shred fat at the same time.
Gorilla legs: Back/Front Squats, deadlifts, lunges… these will build those tree trunk legs
Gorilla chest: Barbell bench press, DB chest presses(flat and incline), pullovers, flys
Gorilla Back: Pull ups. Weight assisted pull ups, inverted rows, Bent rows
Gorilla shoulders: Overhead barbell press, DB press, front/side/reverse raises, upright rows
Gorilla ABs: core training, V-ups, Leg raises, planks, gorilla crawls, climbers
Speed and Endurance: Running sprints and miles(2+)
Training splits:
full body HIIT 1 hour x 2 week
Strength training 3 days- legs/chest, back/arms, shoulders/core
Run x2 week
