The first post…

The first post is the hardest post. Why? It’s hardest because you don’t know what to say. It’s hardest because you have so much to say. There’s so many ideas; so many topics swirling around in your head. To be able to organize and describe that first one; The first post that means so much to you.  That’s the hardest part.

You’re filled with so much doubt, excitement, fear, and belief. So many emotions are attached to this one first post. So you want it to be right. you want it to be right the first time. you want your readers to know who you are and why what you’re writing about is important to you.

It doesn’t matter!!!!!

As long as you write something! You don’t have to explain everything in one posting.

Nothing can happen if you don’t begin somewhere. I had so many ideas 💡 so many things I felt strong about and wanted to share. I would make notes of these ideas and topics at first. I would be driving or laying in bed and different topics would flood my brain. I would write these topics and associated feelings down just to save for myself to revisit later.

It was 4 months between purchasing a domain and publishing my first posting. There were a lot of times that I would get really high or low on the idea of sharing my experiences with strangers. I always came back to the feeling that we could grow more quickly by learning from our shared knowledge of life. It was exciting to have an idea 💡 a moment where I told myself how much I would actually enjoy writing. I knew I was passionate about fatherhood but this helped me realize how special being a dad is to me! That’s when I decided that this was something creative that I wanted/needed to do.

My first post was meant to be a way to open myself up. To let the readers know who I am; what I am about; and what topics are important to me. All of my ideas lead back to these core values or topics: Everything comes down to Love, Family, Parenting, happiness, humor, lifestyle, Healthy living. Motivation and success.

So here we are! We must make ourselves better for tomorrow by working hard today!

Live in the moment! Be aware of the moment and how special it is. Not another day is promised to any of us.

You must believe that you can do anything!
